Company history & positioning
Nova Machinery Supply is a mill and process-equipment OEM. The manufacturing base is on Weiyi Road, Wenxian Development Zone, Jiaozuo, Henan, China. The public brand is Nova — we do not present a US headquarters.
Since 2005 the plant has built cold rolling mill lines for φ6–φ12 CRB600H two-ribbed bar, plus biomass burners and screw grinders for boilers, dryers, and recycling yards. Patent ZL 2012 2 0055389.6 covers the high-ductility two-roll mill.

Mission: Supply US and EU plants with CRB600H mill lines, rebar finishing cells, biomass burners, and screw grinders — custom layouts or catalog machines, with documents buyers can use in vendor onboarding.
Focus: Frozen mill layouts, voltage and PLC language, spare-parts packages, and factory-direct dispatch — not consumer checkout.
Biomass burners (0.3–9.0 million kcal) are sized to displace gas or oil on a measured heat load. Mill programs are quoted from inlet rod, target grade, and footprint.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted by line or machine. A mill line, a straightener cell, a biomass burner, and a spare-parts package are scoped separately.
What is the difference between a custom mill layout and a catalog machine?
Custom mill layouts cover mill composition, voltage, take-up, PLC language, and commissioning. Catalog machines are straighteners, take-ups, burners, and grinders quoted by model. Browse the catalog.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment is quoted with the commercial offer. Currency and Incoterms are fixed on the proforma.
What is production lead time after PO confirmation?
Build time is quoted after layout freeze. Mill lines and catalog machines follow different calendars.
Which shipping methods do you support?
Sea freight for mill lines and burners, air for urgent spare parts, and express courier for drawings or small wear items.
Do you claim FDA registration or medical CE marking?
No. Vendor packs are industrial (ISO 9001, SGS, BV, CCC, and related system copies) — not medical-device registrations. See factory certifications.
